To ensure every visitor has a clean and happy experience, please provide 24 hours notice for cancellations. No shows will be charged in full and late changes incur 50% fee.
Additionally if a dog arrives with fleas a compulsory flea bath will be given at a £10 charge to safeguard the salon.
Please note timings are a guideline depending on dog size and behaviour.
If a dog comes in matted there will be a extra charge as it adds time and changes the style of the cut.
I do offer blue light discount at 10% with a valid blue light card.
I also offer a 2nd dog discount at 25% off second dog booking.
